Lasting Change offers Residential and Outpatient services, partnered with sober living housing, to assist women in the early stages of recovery.

Residential Program
This program is an individualized program averaging 90 days. It is individualized to the need of the client and can be extended if clinically necessary.
Group: The client will attend group at Lasting Change five times per week. The schedule for group is as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 10AM-11AM and 5PM-6PM
Friday: 10AM-11AM and 1PM-2PM
Clients are required to attend at least seven self-help meetings in the community each week, as part of the sober living program.
Individual sessions are scheduled once weekly with each client.
Outpatient
This program is an individualized step-down program that allows the client to obtain treatment for as long as clinically necessary. This program spans 3-12 months (average) and is broken down into phases to allow clients lower levels of involvement.
PHASE II- Non-intensive Outpatient Therapy Group: At the completion of IOP clients are transitioned to Phase II of the program and transitioned into OP treatment.
Clients in this phase attend four outpatient groups per week. The schedule is as follows:
Monday – Friday: 10:00AM – 11:00AM
Monday – Thursday: 5:00PM – 6:00PM
Clients are required to attend at least seven self-help meetings in the community each week, as part of the sober living program.
Individual sessions are scheduled once weekly with each client.

Lasting Change has been providing services in Washington County for the past 35 years. Lasting Change is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to women in recovery. By partnering with various external agencies, Lasting Change offers a diverse range of programs that cater to different aspects of personal development and well-being. Several of the programs include Workforce Development, Financial Literacy, Music Therapy, Wellness, Food Safety, and Women’s Empowerment programs.
The Workforce Development program aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the professional sphere. The Financial Literacy program is instrumental in promoting financial awareness and empowerment, while Music Therapy plays a significant role in promoting emotional well-being and fostering creativity.
Additionally, the Wellness program is designed to promote overall physical and mental health, while the Food Safety Program focuses on educating individuals about proper nutrition and safe food handling practices. Lastly, the Women's Empowerment program concentrates on addressing the unique challenges and needs of women, fostering their personal growth and empowerment.
By incorporating these diverse external programs alongside Lasting Change's internal treatment initiatives, the organization is committed to a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing and personal development. This approach is aimed at empowering individuals not just in their recovery journey but also in various aspects of their lives fostering lasting positive change.

Days and Hours of Service
Lasting Change operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Clinical hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm.
Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Groups are held throughout the days, as well as individual sessions as scheduled.
After Hours – Lasting Change is staffed 24 hours a day, and therefore has direct care or clinical staff available for emergencies.
